Order Acceptance & Processing
After placing an order for Goods, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order.
Your order will then be carefully checked by one of our team.

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we confirm our acceptance to you by sending you a final invoice via email that confirms the order has been dispatched. Delivery, Title and Risk
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours or one working day, (whichever is greater) from when we are in receipt of cleared funds. Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. Paws Products makes every effort to dispatch goods on time, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.
If Paws Products is unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of the date of the order, you will be entitled to cancel the order and require any monies paid to Paws Products in respect of that order to be refunded. Products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. We do not accept responsibility for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Paws Products does not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless you notify us of the shortage or damage in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.
You must do all that you reasonably can to enable delivery of the goods to take place at the given time and place. If you delay delivery, or delivery fails because you have not taken appropriate steps, our authorised courier will try to arrange for an alternative delivery date. If delivery fails as a result of circumstances within your reasonable control, the cost of any re-delivery shall be borne by you. If we are unable to arrange a date for re-delivery of the Goods we may cancel your order and refund to you the price that you have paid for the goods, less the failed delivery costs. If no one is available at the delivery location to take delivery of the goods, we will leave a note that the goods have been returned to us, in which case, please contact us to rearrange delivery (which may be charged as an additional cost to you).
If any of the goods are delivered damaged, make a note of the damaged item on the delivery paperwork and contact us by email. Do not refuse the delivery unless every item is damaged. If you refuse a delivery with any undamaged items on it, you will be charged for the return and the re-delivery of those items.
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 48 hours from delivery. It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 48 hours from delivery. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 3 days from the dispatched delivery date.
Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to your nominated address, whereupon the risks of loss, breakage and all damage shall pass to you.
Title in the goods does not pass to you until payment is received in full by Paws Products. All goods and services remain the property of Paws Products until full payment is received.
Returns
Paws Products is committed to providing you with the highest quality products and service. On rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective, and in keeping with our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we offer the returns facilities set out below.
All goods supplied by Paws Products are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purpose for which such goods would normally be used. Subject to this, however, goods are not tested or sold as being fit for any particular application or for use under specific conditions, unless expressly agreed in writing.
Subject to examination in order to verify any alleged fault, we will accept the return of defective products for a credit note or replacement, if, but only if, the goods are returned within 14 days of purchase. Furthermore, products sold on a "no returns" basis will not be accepted for credit under any circumstances (see returns policy). Products sold on a "no return" basis will clearly state so.
Authorised returns must be sent to Paws Products and must be accompanied by Paws Products original invoice. We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during return transit. It is your responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage.
Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. The cost of postage is to be borne by you, unless the product is faulty in which case we pay.
On receipt of the returned product, we will examine it to identify the fault you have notified to us. If following the testing process, the product is found to be in good condition without defect, we will return the product to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility.
This warranty shall not apply if the goods have been worked upon, altered or damaged in any way by the Customer or its employees or agents, or to goods not used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
Paws Products liability
Paws Products shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused, including (but not restricted to) loss of profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships, and financial loss. Paws Products liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced value of the relevant order. Nothing in this agreement shall limit Paws Products liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
Product specifications
Paws Products makes every effort to supply the goods as advertised but reserves the right to vary actual dimensions, specifications and quantities without prior notice. In the event that Paws Products cannot supply the goods ordered by you, Paws Products reserves the right to offer goods of equal or superior quality at no extra cost. If you do not wish to accept the alternative goods offered, you may cancel the order and require any money paid to Paws Products in respect of that order to be refunded.
The product images supplied are for illustrative purposes only and should not be assumed to be an actual photograph of the product and its features/functionality. Any colour or size variations will usually be mentioned. If in doubt, feel free to contact our sales team who will be more than happy to provide further product information and clarification. If you are not satisfied with the product supplied, we will be happy to accept the product back subject to our returns policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Intellectual Property Rights used or subsisting in the goods are and shall remain the sole property of Paws Products or the third party rights owner (as the case may be).
Force Majeure
Where, in spite of its reasonable efforts, Paws Products is unable to perform an obligation due to force majeure, it shall not be deemed to be in breach of its contract with the Customer.
Errors and Omissions
In the case of a manifest error or omission, Paws Products will be entitled to rescind the contract, and Paws Products liability in that event will be limited to the return of any money the Customer has paid in respect of that order.
A manifest error, as the term is used in sub-paragraph (1) above, means, in relation to an incorrect price, a price quoted in error by Paws Products which is more than 10% less than the price that would have been quoted had the mistake not been made.
General
Paws Products reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
Assignment and subcontracting
Paws Products may at any time assign, transfer, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under the Contract. You may not assign, transfer, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier.
Severance
If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of the Contract (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of the Contract shall not be affected.
If any invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision of the Contract would be valid, enforceable and legal if some part of it were deleted, the provision shall apply with the minimum modification necessary to make it legal, valid and enforceable.
Waiver
A waiver of any right or remedy under the Contract is only effective if given in writing and shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. No failure or delay by a party to exercise any right or remedy provided under the Contract or by law shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it preclude or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of such right or remedy shall preclude or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
Third party rights
A person who is not a party to the Contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with it.
